Our company specializes in the design and creation of unique handmade jewelry. Accessing, Browse, and using the e-shop, as well as making any purchase, implies your full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using our services.

Any use, copying, reproduction, re-publication, modification, distribution, sale, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the content is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of VisionGold. The use of the company's trademarks and logos is prohibited without the prior written consent of the owner.

Sales and Purchase Terms

The purchasing process at VisionGold is carried out according to the following terms:

  • Availability: All our products are handmade, and their availability depends on the manufacturing time and the available materials. In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed of the estimated delivery time.
  • Prices: Prices are in euros (€), include VAT, and are subject to change without prior notice. The final price of your order will be the one shown in the shopping cart at the time of checkout.
  • Payments: We accept payments via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, and bank transfer. Card payments are processed in a secure environment by partner banks.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Orders are shipped throughout Greece and abroad. Delivery time depends on the destination and product availability. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order is handed over to the courier company. VisionGold is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or the fault of the courier company.
  • Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage, in its packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and checking its condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made jewelry.
  • Returns & Exchanges: Exchanges of products are accepted within 14 days. Shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the customer.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

VisionGold makes every effort to accurately and detailedly represent and describe its products. However, due to their handmade nature, there may be slight variations from the photos. Product photos are indicative. The company is not liable for any technical problems, malfunctions, or damages that may arise from the use of the e-shop, nor for any damage caused by the use of our products if the correct maintenance and use instructions are not followed. The total liability of VisionGold is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation, application, or execution of these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the Courts of Athens.
