Thank you for your purchase from VisionGold!
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return an item. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return a product purchased from our webshop, http://visiongold.org.
1. Refunds and Returns
We offer refunds for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original receipt included within the packaging.
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Discounted items can also be refunded following these guidelines.
2. Return Shipping
Unfortunately, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
3. Receipts
Proof of purchase is required for a full refund. Please include the original receipt within the return package.
4. Damaged Items
We cannot offer refunds for damaged items.
5. Return Process
Contact us by email at visiongold@outlook.com or by phone at +302103218290 to initiate a return and request a return authorization number (RAN).
Pack the unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item securely in the original packaging (if possible) with the original receipt.
Mark the package as "RETURN" and include the RAN number on the outside of the box.
Ship the return package to the following address:

6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs.
